ECHO ALL STARTED IN A SESSION
ECHO didn't begin as a plan. It began as a direction.
During an early online session, something unexpected happened — a client's Higher Self came through without any prompting from me. I wasn't looking for it. It arrived on its own. When I asked why it was coming through this way, the answer was clear: people are more conscious and aware now. The online space is ready for this kind of work.
I asked whether I had permission to develop this as its own approach. The answer was yes.
So ECHO isn't something I invented at a desk. It's something I was asked to bring forward. My background in philosophy, education, and counseling shaped how I work — but the directive to do this came from somewhere else entirely.

How is ECHO different from QHHT®?
QHHT® is Dolores Cannon's trademarked method, designed for in-person sessions. I offer QHHT® in Colorado and honor that in-person protocol.
ECHO is my own methodology, developed specifically for online sessions. While it's informed by my QHHT® training, it's a distinct approach with unique techniques designed for remote work. Both offer deep past life regression and Higher Self connection—the difference is format and methodology.
What if I'm not sure if I believe in past lives?
If you feel uncertain or hesitant about the concept of past or multiple lifetimes, don't worry! It won't stop you from reaping the full benefits of ECHO. In fact, approaching a session as a collaborative storytelling experience rather than a mere observation of a lifetime can make it easier, especially if you're open-minded or believe in such existence. This mindset creates a relaxed atmosphere and turns the session into a creative and enjoyable process, truly capturing the essence of the experience.
Can I ask about specific people or relationships?
Absolutely — you can bring questions about relationships, health, career, purpose, and more. In my experience, the clearest guidance is what supports your growth and choices. I also hold a strong ethic of consent and non-interference when it comes to other people’s private lives.
What if I get emotional or overwhelmed?
I provide grounded, trauma-informed care and will hold space for whatever arises with safety and compassion. You're always in control, and we can pause or adjust at any time. After the session, you'll have integration support and can reach out if you need additional guidance.
How soon will I get my recording?
